So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
To get the most out of this book
Use a machine with a recent version of Linux or macOS. It will be useful to know the basic syntax of Scala, Python, and Java. Install Python's NumPy package in order to work with Spark's machine learning packages.
