As we get older, the need to keep track of just how we’re doing physically becomes increasingly more apparent. Maybe it’s not quite as easy as it once was to navigate that flight of stairs in your home, or perhaps chasing your dog around the park is a bit more taxing than you remember it being in months past. But getting older doesn’t mean you're sentenced to spend your remaining days in a recliner watching reruns on TV-land (not that there’s anything wrong with that from time to time). It just means that we need to be more vigilant not only with exercise and proper diet but also with the signals the body gives us that something isn’t quite right.
