So many options, so little time—and money!

In chapter 8, we examined the expanding role of talent development. In chapter 9, you started to think about the products and services you might provide. We won’t review all those options at this time; however, you need to keep them in mind because they will become the basis for your budget. The more products and services your offer, the higher your budget needs to be.
