STEP THREEAnalysis
You have now completed Step 2—Evaluation. Each of the questions you answered in Step 1—Information Gathering should now have a numerical rating on the short line in front of it. In addition, if you disagreed with any ratings or the basis for them, you should have made notes next to those questions.
This step analyzes what those evaluations mean. You will first analyze each category. Then you will examine other factors that will assist you in understanding how well each category is being performed in your Organization. Finally, you will do the same type of analysis for the entire department.
