Creating Presentations with Layouts and Making a Sheet Set

CHAPTER OBJECTIVES

  • Make new layout tabs and rename them.

  • Scale and lock viewports.

  • Use the Layer Properties Manager VP Freeze ­column to freeze layers in different viewports.

At some point, you will need to present your drawings in a polished fashion. In this chapter, you create multiple layout views using the MVSETUP command, and explore AutoCAD’s Sheet Set feature to package a group of drawings.
