So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
appendix A Value stream mapping icons
This appendix lists the value stream mapping (VSM) icons you can use for your process mapping. Feel free to complement these with any other icons you create to help you tell the story of how work and information flow in your stream, but make sure you define what they mean. Process mapping is an art, not a science, and it’s important to present a shared understanding of the flow of work in the process along with data. Remember to keep it simple and unambiguous.
