I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Giving and Adapting to Feedback
Appropriate time and content of the feedback is integral to the agile method as requirements evolve and as the project moves from one phase to the other and from one sprint to the other. Agile must adapt to delivering value to the client in a fast-changing environment. Feedback assumes greater importance as agile embraces this concept of change and ability to change. The agile manifesto requires client or customer collaboration all the time, and timeliness is ensured to some extent for this reason.
