It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Computer Arithmetic
I have deliberately kept discussion of number bases and arithmetic to a minimum in the chapters of this book. However, it’s important to have some understanding of this, so I’m summarizing the subject in this appendix. If you feel confident in your math skills, this review will be old hat for you.
