Most of the examples in this book use the golf club database. Visit the catalog page for this book on the Apress website, look under the Source Code/Downloads tab, and you will find an Access version of this database and also the SQL scripts for creating and populating the tables. Figure A1-1 shows how the tables in the database are related, and Figure A1-2 shows the data in the tables.
