I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Kreative Zeit
Als Fotograf und Autor arbeite ich zügig. Am liebsten nehme ich mir viel Zeit, um ein Thema für ein anstehendes Projekt zu recherchieren und zu überlegen, wie die Geschichte dazu aussehen könnte. Wenn es dann an der Zeit ist, zu schreiben oder zu fotografieren, stürze ich mich voller Elan in das Projekt und arbeite so intensiv und konzentriert, dass ich andere Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten verdränge. Innerhalb weniger Wochen oder Monate kann ich den ersten Entwurf eines Buches schreiben oder die ersten Umrisse eines Fotoprojekts erkennen. Der erste Entwurf von Zen – der Weg des Fotografen entstand in fünf Wochen konzentrierten Schreibens.
