So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Changing cases and case-insensitive comparison
This is a pretty common task. We have two non-Unicode or ANSI character strings:

We need to compare them in a case-insensitive manner. There are a lot of methods to do that, let's take a look at Boost's.
