I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

FRIENDS VERSUS FOES
My definition of a friend is “a person, place, or thing that pushes you toward your goal.” A foe is “a person, place, or thing that pushes you away from your goal.” So, for example, a foe can be your job or your house. A friend can be your neighborhood or your education level. In the context of this book, friends and foes are not the people you grew up with or your competition for your next promotion. They are instead friends and foes to your goals and the very idea of your success.
