Social media has transformed the world of travel and tourism today. We use sites including Travelopod, Expedia, Orbitz, Kayak, and other sites in multiple languages to look at tourism, deals, places to see, and how to best use the travel time. The foundational aspect of all these sites and their usage comes from the world population that has evolved with social media and mobile phones in a span of 15 years.
