Alerts
Alerts is not a tool as such but a place for all suite-wide notifications that Burp might want to share. This is also a good place to see whether the proxy started successfully or faced any errors. Whenever there are issues with SSL negotiation for applications, the information on the errors, and others, they can be found in the Alerts tab. It is a good idea to check what is being listed here if something is not working for you.
