INTRODUCTION
The study of ethics has become an important ingredient of the syllabus of management schools in recent years. This is because of ethical issues that have come to the forefront as a result of many well-known failures of corporates. The fraudulent activities of these corporates have resulted in the defrauding of stockholders, consumers, employees, creditors and governments to varying degrees. It has therefore become important that students of B-schools as future managers of business should imbibe ethical values.
