A continuing trend in retail service is to get what you want, the way you want, when you want it. From fast-food restaurants to services you can order by phone or quick Internet search, people are enjoying the benefits of greater service and technology all the time. I can hear some of you now saying I didn’t receive some of the service that you did recently. Yes, I’ve seen that, too, but would prefer to keep things positive.
