So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This appendix lists the resources that were mentioned, adopted, or cited in this book. These days many of the advancements in programming happen in electronic forums. It is therefore not surprising to find, in addition to the more traditional books and articles, quite a few Web sites. We certainly do not claim that our list is close to being comprehensive.
