Chapter 8. Exploring Canon Lenses and Accessories
The EOS T2i/550D delivers fine images with all of the Canon lenses, and it delivers the best images with high-quality lenses. With the smaller size image sensor, the camera uses the central area of the lens, often called the "sweet spot" of the lens. If you're starting out with a kit lens and considering adding a second and third lens, this chapter helps you think about building a lens system that serves you well now and in the future. Building a system is important because ultimately, your investment in lenses will far exceed your investment in the camera body. Careful planning and research help you make wise decisions.
