Cisco Meraki Licensing

All Cisco Meraki devices require an associated license be applied within the same Meraki Dashboard organization to allow for proper operation of the device and access through the Dashboard. Currently, Meraki offers several different licensing models to best fit your deployment and fiscal planning requirements. Each of these models is applied on a per-organization basis, allowing different Dashboard organizations to operate under different licensing models as needed. This appendix briefly covers the different licensing models and their general operation, along with some aspects of each to keep in mind when deciding which licensing model best fits your needs.
