So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

1.1 Economic Production of High-Quality Software
Cleanroom software engineering is the practical application of mathematical and statistical science to produce high-quality software in an economical manner. The Cleanroom name was borrowed from the hardware cleanrooms of the semiconductor industry, where defect prevention rather than defect removal is pursued through rigorous engineering processes. The emphasis in Cleanroom is on development of software that is correct by design, followed by certification of software quality in testing.
