It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 65. Aldo Talks in Code
The first chapter of the Fun and Games section is all about Aldo, who can cure the blues. Aldo is a free program which might just be the key to getting your ticket Tech license upgraded to General.

Note that you’ll need to have gcc 3.x or later to build it, a sound card, and speakers to use it. Once you’ve met those requirements, it’s as easy as pie to make, install, and practice your code skills. Just use the magic mantra.
