As a refresher, Developmental Coaching is focused on helping team members prepare to meet their long-term career goals. Coaches spend time getting to know their employees’ strengths, challenges, and career aspirations. Then the coaches strategically help them acquire the experiences and skills (tangible and intangible) needed to advance within the organization.
