So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Appendix A illustrates a collaborative modeling session, capturing both its technical and social aspects. Figure A.1 shows the modeling space, where participants work together on software models using a variety of tools. The facilitator directs the process, guiding the group toward making sustainable design decisions that fulfill the session’s goals.
On the table, the facilitator’s toolbox is visible, containing all the necessary items for a productive session: various modeling tools, styles, ingredients, and heuristics.
