So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Disaster Training
Time limit: 8 minutes
You’ve learned a great deal about your job. So much so that if you needed to train another to do it, you could give them the sage wisdom they’d need to succeed. Of course, that’s not as fun as giving them the exact opposite advice, so we’re going to focus on that instead.
Your task today is to imagine you are training someone in your position and you need to write out 5 pieces of advice that will guarantee utter disaster. What would be 5 things you could advise someone to do in your position that would guarantee not just failure but unmitigated catastrophe.
