I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Creating analytics, especially in a large organization, can be a monumental effort, and a business needs to be prepared to invest time and resources, which will all repay the company manifold by enabling data‐driven decisions. The people who will make this shift toward data‐driven decision making are your Data and Analytics team, sometimes referred to as Data Analytics team or even simply as Data team (although this latest version tends to confuse people, as it may seem related to database administration).
