MLOps

We run machine learning code in Azure Machine Learning. We use Azure Data Factory to orchestrate ML pipeline runs. Both the model code and orchestration are tracked in Git and deployed automatically using Azure DevOps Pipelines.

Data engineering aims to bring engineering rigor to the process of building and supporting reliable data systems. A recurring theme throughout the book is tracking everything in source control, leveraging automated deployments, and having automated monitoring and alerting for our data services. This includes deploying infrastructure, data movement pipelines, machine learning code, and so on.
