So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Data is a critical organization asset for entities of all sizes. The last 20 years have seen a rapid explosion in how data management can impact the lives of individuals at scale, whether through the potential for new ways to measure data about people or the implementation of technologies that allow us to process data in new ways that can impact on individuals and on society. The increasing datafication and digitalization of society means that we cannot look at questions of data ethics in isolation. Tackling the ethical issues in data today and into the future will need us to influence the ethic of individuals, the ethic of organizations and the ethic of society.
