I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Anonymous Operating System
The first thing we need to talk about is the operating system itself. This book is about Windows®-based machines. As we all know, Windows® is not configured to be an anonymous secure OS, although we can configure it to become more secure. Being a closed code OS means it can contain many backdoors that enable third parties from spying on us. In addition to this, many sources point out that Microsoft is actively colluding with the NSA and other US intelligence agencies to offer backdoors and bypass its built-in encryption features of many of its applications (like Skype) in order to make surveillance on Windows® users easier [1].
