I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Do you have a robust (and I hope inspiring) sense of why exploration matters, and how to go about it? The purpose of high-quality exploration is to make it easier to draw conclusions. Conclusions are clear positions we can take on strategic choices. Action comes on heels of this flow.
It’s not surprising for an initiative to get stuck when people arrive at different conclusions. As if that were not enough, it can be challenging to understand how people arrive at their opinions, and to do it efficiently.
