So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Case Study 4: VPN Services
Requirements: The DSL SP is wholesaling the services to different ISPs and offering VPN services to corporations. In addition, the DSL SP has its own ISP that retails their services to customers. The retail business is currently selling only high-speed Internet access to residential consumers but wants to offer some value-add services to the current offerings and also wants to sell to small-to-medium businesses (SMBs).
