FreeBSD Kernel Internals on Video

The course is based on this book and provides a firm background of the FreeBSD kernel. It covers all the topics in this book. In addition, it covers other related topics including performance measurement, system tuning, and crash dump analysis. The class consists of fifteen lectures on the FreeBSD kernel that align with the book chapters. There are assigned readings to be completed before viewing each lecture. The first thirteen lectures have a set of exercises to be done after each video is viewed. Follow-up comments on the exercises are provided at the beginning of the lecture following the one in which they are assigned.
