It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This chapter presents seven traditional quality tools and seven new quality tools used in the Total Quality Management (TQM) field. The seven traditional tools are as follows: (1) Pareto chart, (2) cause-and-effect (C-E) diagram, (3) check sheet, (4) histogram, (5) scatter diagram, (6) stratification, and (7) control chart. The seven new tools are as follows: (1) relations diagram, (2) affinity diagram, (3) systematic diagram, (4) matrix diagram, (5) matrix data analysis, (6) process decision program chart (PDPC), and (7) arrow diagram.
