A few years ago, at one of the Play4Agile coach camps, I heard a phrase that stuck with me: “Every game is an excuse to debrief.” It surprised me. It made me stop and reflect on my own experience using simulations and Agile games in my training, as well as the experience of being in a participant’s shoes during simulations facilitated by other trainers.
