JOHN GERLACH
John has been a full-time professional nature photographer for more decades (four) than he cares to admit. He was lucky to discover his nature photography passion shortly after graduating from Central Michigan University in the mid-1970s with a wildlife biology degree. After all of these years, his intense interest in nature photography burns hotter than ever. His extensive nature photography experience over many years and in-depth science studies that include physics, biology, and math from college enable him to rapidly figure out ways to use new photo tools to capture pleasing images.
