So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Successful small groups are apt to grow into larger organizations whose shooting requires the traditional divisions of labor. At the very least you will need a production department able to manage your logistics and finances, and additional crew members to assist the sound recordist and camera operator/director of photography. Series co-production for international markets, however, is now big business and every aspect of filmmaking has had to expand.
