It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The Visual Editor project lets you create graphical user interfaces for your programs. It supports round-tripping, which means you can edit your interface in visual mode (using drag-and-drop), switch to source mode to make a few changes, switch back, and continue seamlessly.
