So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

An Eclipse workspace is where you keep your development resources and settings. Your resources are organized into projects. Your settings provide configuration information and options that control the way the tools work. Some settings are global to the workspace while others are scoped to individual projects.
A WTP workspace contains Web projects that contain static resources such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML files, and dynamic resources such as JSP, servlet, and EJB components, and their deployment descriptors.
