7.1 Resource definitions
Typical FLEX-ES system and resource definitions are shown in the Appendix. We routinely
place both
system definitions and resource definitions in the same file. (This is not necessary
and may not be desirable for more complex operations. However, we recommend it for
getting started.)
Creating or changing FLEX-ES definitions for an emulated S/390 requires several steps:
Edit the FLEX-ES definition file to make the changes. You can edit the same file you used
to create the resources that are currently running, for example:
$ vi defR14B (Or you can use another editor)
