When Tom Johnson recommended to AMACOM that I update the 4th edition of Export/Import Procedures and Documentation, I was excited to be offered this opportunity. While much of the law surrounding international contracting has not changed over the last five years, many of the procedures, the rules of compliance and the associated documentation have definitely changed.
