About the Subject Adviser
Samuel L. Hayes holds the Jacob H. Schiff Chair in Investment Banking, Emeritus, at the Harvard Business School. He has been involved in numerous aspects of the school’s program, including teaching courses on Investment Banking, Management of Financial Services Organizations, and Corporate Financial Management. He has also chaired Harvard’s International Senior Managers Program inVevey, Switzerland, and taught in the summer Corporate Financial Management Program for senior finance executives and the Advanced Management Program and the Corporate Finance component in the School’s Owner-President Management Program.
