How it works...

Once the application has been successfully updated on AWS, it will start sending statistics to New Relic, and the dashboard will have a new application added to it. In the following screenshot, there are two applications, where the first one corresponds to the application that we are working one and the second one is the test that we ran a while back to validate whether New Relic is working correctly:

Open the application-specific page, and a whole lot of statistics will appear. It will also show you which calls have taken the most amount of time and how the application is performing. You will also see multiple tabs, where ...
