system instantaneous availability almost monotonically decreases and tends to sta-
bilize at the steady state. But it fluctuates at [50,100], and also fluctuates slightly at
200th unit time. e fluctuation at [50,100] refers to the maintenance subsystem
of the equipment caused by the coordination between the support subsystem and
the equipment itself. e fluctuation at 200th unit time is caused by the truncated
point under truncated and discrete Weibull distribution also at 200th unit time.
