To say that the past few years have been challenging would be a gross understatement. Every single person in this world has been affected to various degrees, some a lot more than others. Nevertheless, it has rather been a test of perseverance. Taking up the project to update this book to the second edition, while writing yet another new book, in the middle of so many uncertainties and changes, was hard.
