So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In the very long term, as shown in the previous chapters, there have been several phases of globalization and de-globalization with relevant impacts on everyday life, on business relationships, and on economic and political developments at national and international levels. As we have seen, there are different interpretations of the starting date of the process of globalization, but there is a general consensus on the fact that globalization has not been linear, but a “wave-like” process that has experienced accelerations, decelerations, abrupt halts and reversals of the trend.
