Deployment 작업
컨테이너에서 애플리케이션을 실행하는 기본 단위는 Pod입니다. 단일 Pod 인스턴스로 애플리케이션을 운영하는 방식에는 한계가 있습니다. 애플리케이션을 대상으로 하는 모든 트래픽이 이 Pod로 집중되기 때문에 단일 장애 지점을 형성합니다. 특히 수요 증가로 부하가 증가할 때(예: 전자상거래 애플리케이션의 쇼핑 성수기나 인증 제공자와 같은 중앙 집중식 마이크로서비스 기능과 통신하는 마이크로서비스 수가 증가할 때) 이 문제는 더욱 심각해집니다.

Deployment는 ReplicaSet의 기능을 추상화하여 내부적으로 관리합니다. 실제로 이는 ReplicaSet 객체를 직접 생성, 수정 또는 삭제할 필요가 없음을 의미합니다. Deployment는 애플리케이션 버전의 이력을 유지하며, 차단되거나 잠재적으로 비용이 많이 드는 프로덕션 문제를 해결하기 위해 이전 버전으로 롤백하기 위해 ReplicaSet에 위임할 수 있습니다. 또한 복제본 수를 확장하는 기능을 제공합니다.
