I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Spätestens seitdem Smartphones und Tablets Einzug in die Welt der Kommunikation gehalten haben, sind kabellose Netzwerke (Wireless LANs, kurz: WLANs) nicht mehr wegzudenken. Mittlerweile findet sich in den meisten deutschen Haushalten ein entsprechender WLAN-Router, der Wohnräume und Außenbereiche mit einer Netzwerkanbindung auch ohne entsprechende Kabel versorgt. So ist es möglich, gemütlich mit dem Tablet auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und ganz ohne lästiges Kabel im Internet zu surfen – WLAN sei Dank!
Auch im beruflichen Alltag finden wir sogenannte Enterprise WLANs, die Unternehmensstandorte mit kabelloser Bürokommunikation ausstatten. Damit hat auch der Kabelsalat in Besprechungszimmern ein Ende. WLAN-Standards werden ...
