The logic circuit [7], shown in Fig. 13.8, shows coupled SET

transistors in such a way that depending on the input signal, only one

of the SET transistors conducts, while the other is in the Coulomb

blockade. Such a structure looks like a CMOS transistor pair. Because

of this resemblance, logic gate can be designed based on known logic

gate topologies in CMOS digital circuit design. The logic circuit shows

the logic EXOR function.
