I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Prices and licensing
Before you ask, yes, there are two editions of PyCharm—a free and a paid edition. The Community Edition is entirely free to download; in fact, as mentioned, JetBrains actually made the source code of the Community Edition available on GitHub in 2013.

The Professional Edition, on the other hand, has to be purchased; a license is then provided to you so that you can actually use it.
