I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
To get the most out of this book
This book comes with a lot of code examples and implementations. For you to learn the most that you can, it is recommended to install Rust (any version later than 1.33 should do) and run all of the examples. Here are a few recommendations for text editors and other tools:
- Microsoft's Visual Studio Code (https://code.visualstudio.com/), arguably one of the best Rust code editors
