Redux Saga rely heavily on the generator pattern. Thanks to this approach, we can decouple side effects entirely into sagas that act as if they were a separate thread. It is convenient and provides a few advantages to Thunk functions in the long run. Some of those rely on composability, with sagas being easy to test and giving cleaner flows to execute asynchronous code.
